Fees

Document Preparation - Listing Agreement  |  $50

Payable via invoice to Agent upon receipt for service via email.

Representation of One Party, Buyer or Seller  |  $400

Payable by title company at close of transaction, if applicable.

Document Preparation - Purchase Agreement  |  $75

Payable via invoice to Agent upon receipt for service via email.

Dual Representation - Same Agent representing Buyer and Seller  |  $550

Payable by title company at close of transaction, if applicable.

Listing Coordination  |  $200

Payable via invoice to Agent upon receipt of request to list property on MLS for Agent by email and once confirmed by Complete Contracts.

Cancellation Fee for Contract to Close only  |  Varies

The transaction begins when a transaction is registered with Complete Contracts.

In the event of cancellation, the fee is prorated as the following: from day 1-7: $50, from day 8-21 $75, from day 22 onward: $150.
