I came to real estate from a background in accounting and tax. I have a meticulous eye for detail, can juggle multiple tasks while keeping them all organized, have outstanding social and communication skills, and maintain an ongoing commitment to being self-motivated, reliable, and punctual while meeting deadlines and staying on task. I'm passionate about all aspects of real estate from real estate investment to real estate development to property management to the To Do list associated with Transaction Coordination.

With 8 years of experience as a Realtor and 4 years specializing in transaction coordination, I bring a unique blend of real estate expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to the table. I still work as a Realtor, but I love my TC work. Being a TC allows me to work behind the scenes, and help others. which has always been in my nature. I love to serve others.
My background in accounting and business management has honed my multitasking abilities, ensuring that I can handle multiple tasks while keeping them meticulously organized. I thrive on effective communication, and my commitment to honesty, self-motivation, reliability, and punctuality are the driving forces behind my mission to assist real estate agents and their clients.

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed Florida Realtor®, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to my role as a Transaction Coordinator. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in the real estate industry—serving as Listing Manager, Closing Manager, and agent support specialist on a top-producing team. These roles allowed me to fine-tune my skills in contract management, compliance, and client communication, while supporting both new and seasoned agents in navigating the details of the transaction process.

I’ve also enjoyed training agents on writing contracts and addenda, as well as introducing them to industry tools and platforms like DocuSign and Dotloop. My technical skills, combined with a deep understanding of real estate operations, enable me to streamline even the most complex transactions.
